Essences Oil Questions

  • Are your oils uncut? Yes, Our Essences oils are 100% pure oil.  No alcohol or water has been added.
  • Do I need to add anything to this oil to make it safe to wear on my skin? 

    No, Our Essences Body Oils are 100% pure oil and are cosmetic grade.

    This means you can put them on your body without worrying about skin irritation unless you are sensitive to the oil.         

 

  • How long will my Essences Oil aroma last? You can expect a minimum of 16 hours. However, that depends on the quantity applied, where you apply the essences oil to your body, what you are doing while wearing it, your unique body chemistry, air temperature, humidity, and the heaviness or lightness of the essences oil aroma. Our Essences Oils are 100% pure oil.

 

  • Can I request a Designer Essences Oil from you?  And how long will that take? Yes, Approximately 4-8 weeks due to Covid-19.  All requests are sent to our Research and Development Department. The R & D Department decide which aromas are feasible to reproduce. This depends on the aroma's popularity and the availability of the ingredients needed to reproduce the aroma. You will receive an email informing you about the status of your request. The designer essences oil that we decide to add will be included in the new aroma emails sent. Please send your request to info@blueessencesoils.com

 

  • How soon will my SOLD OUT items be back in stock? Restocks are done monthly. All customers will receive an email notifying you of the restock.

        • What forms of payment can I use? Blue Essences Oils may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All purchases are Final.

         

        • Can I purchase your oils from a store close to my house? No, there are no physical stores. You can purchase items solely on BlueEssencesOils.com.

         

        • How do I change or cancel my order? Every purchase is a final sale.

         

        • Are there minimum order sizes? No, there is no order minimum. As long as we have the oil in stock.

        Shipping  Questions

        • Where is my tracking number? As soon as your package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

         

        • How is shipping calculated?  Shipping is based on the size, weight, and price of the items being shipped.

         

        • My package was damaged during shipping.  What should I do? Sometimes packages are damaged in route to you.  Not to worry if you select our insured option for shipping at checkout.  To make the insurance claim on your package, we will need photos of the damage, the box, and the package's shipping label.  Please send those items to info@blueessencesoils.com.

         

        • How long does shipping take.Shipping takes 5-7 BUSINESS days. (10-14 BUSINESS days during high volume times).

         

        • My item was stolen. How can I get a refund? Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

         

        • I gave an incorrect address. Can I get a refund?We are sorry to inform you that a refund will not be granted if you provided an incorrect address at checkout. 

         

        • What method is used for shipping? All packages are shipped USPS ONLY.
